How a partnership order runs
From enquiry to dispatch, five steps — most bulk enquiries are answered the same day.
- 1Enquiry. Send your business name, the quantity (minimum 25 bottles), your city and what it is for — fastest on WhatsApp.
- 2Written quote. We come back with a per-bottle rate against your volume, plus freight and a dispatch window.
- 3Approve. You confirm the quantity and the scent split. Request a 10ml sample first if you want to evaluate.
- 4Payment. Settled against the approved quote.
- 5Dispatch. The lot is packed, sealed and shipped pan-India with tracking.
Buying direct from the brand
Most bulk fragrance in India passes through more than one reseller, and each layer marks the price up again before it reaches you. This desk removes our side of that chain: the same 33ml Parfum Extrait at 30% concentration sold on the rest of the site — made for us by our manufacturing partners, sold direct by the brand — quoted directly against your quantity, with no distributor layer added by us.

Trade and B2B buyers can request a 10ml evaluation sample of any fragrance to try before placing a bulk order — just mention it in your enquiry on WhatsApp. Samples are for B2B evaluation only, not sold on the shopfront, and the minimum bulk order stays 25 bottles.
Bulk enquiries usually get a written quote the same day. Once you approve, the dispatch window is confirmed in the quote for your quantity. Wedding favours and larger corporate runs are best planned four to six weeks ahead so the full lot ships together.
